I have done this before, but a year or so ago.
Every now and again, you get good service. No, exceptional service. And that is a rare thing, so worth shouting about in my opinion.
I placed an order online for a few items from Aspinals. Quite a classy shop i think you will agree, and expectations of service were already high.
Order was placed, i was notified soon after that one of the items, a leather wallet, was out of stock. A phone call later, they offered to replace the wallet with a better one, and ship it quicker than planned to make up for the fact that my original item was not going to be in stock for some time. Apropos of any complaint or comment from me.
That is exactly how to get customer loyalty.
